NEWTOWN, Pa. – Head women's Soccer Coach, Jose Torres II has announced the Centurions will open their 2026 campaign with preseason starting the week of August 10th.
PRESEASON SESSIONS will begin on Monday, August 10th. The session will all be held Monday through Friday starting at 2:00PM at the soccer field on the Newtown Campus (park at the bottom of Lot "S1"). Preseason will run August 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th and 14th.
The Bucks women's soccer program is looking to win the Eastern States Athletic Conference title in head coach, Jose Torres' first season in charge, and make their first conference championship since 2017. The team will be have a lot of new faces this season after the hiatus in the 2025 season. "We have a fresh start this season and building excitement at the college," stated Coach Torres, "we'll have a young, energetic team to go along with the new coaching staff." The women's soccer team has produced student-athletes have gone on to continue their playing careers as high as the NCAA, Division 1 level.
All potential student-athletes are asked to bring a water bottle (water will be provided), soccer cleats and a physical. The eligibility paperwork will distributed at tryouts or can be found online. Physical forms can be found at: Athletic Physical Form
IMPORTANT DATES
- Athletic Orientation: TBD (virtual)
- Preseason Sessions: Monday-Friday, August 10th-14th (2:00PM)
- Normal practice: (4:00PM)
- First day of class: Wednesday, August 26th
