Lady Centurions Soccer Falls to Lehigh Carbon Community College
Newtown, Pa: Lehigh Carbon Community College (LCCC) triumphed over Bucks County Community College (BCCC) with a decisive 5-1 victory in their women's soccer match held on October 5, 2024. The game, which kicked off at noon, saw LCCC taking an early lead and maintaining their dominance throughout the match.
LCCC's offensive prowess was evident from the start, with the team scoring three goals in the first half. The first goal came at the 12:20 mark, followed by another at 31:00, and a third at 38:10, all unassisted. The second half saw LCCC adding two more goals to their tally at 63:43 and 71:40, further solidifying their lead.
BCCC managed to score their lone goal at 54:40 in the second half, but it was not enough to challenge LCCC's commanding performance. Despite BCCC's efforts, LCCC's defense and goalkeeping were formidable, with their goalie making ten saves throughout the match.
