Women’s Soccer Announce 2022 Season Plans

NEWTOWN, Pa. – The Women's Soccer team has announced the Centurions will open their 2022 campaign with captains' practices throughout the summer on Tuesday evenings from 5-7:30pm starting on Tuesday, June 28th. Their preseason tryouts will start on Monday, August 22nd.

The week prior to tryouts, Bucks will hold workouts for all prospective student-athletes starting on Monday, August 15th and continuing through Thursday the 18th (M-TH) from 6-8PM on the soccer field. The Captain's practices, which start on June 28th, are open to all incoming, current, and alumni of the program. It will run every Tuesday, from 5-7:30pm, the captain's ask that everyone bring a water bottle.

PRESEASON TRYOUTS will begin on Monday, August 22th. Tryouts will held Monday through Thursday starting at 3:00PM at the soccer field on the Newtown Campus (park at the bottom of Lot "S1"). Preseason will run August 22nd, 23rd, 24th, and 25th.

The Bucks women's soccer program is looking capture the Eastern States Athletic Conference title for the first time in the 2022 season. The team has already captured a conference title in their previous league. Women's soccer had a shortened season last year and looking forward to a full schedule and continue to to have elite players in the area.

All potential student-athletes are asked to bring a water bottle (water will be provided), running shoes, soccer cleats and a physical. The eligibility paperwork will be done online at IMLEAGUES website and physical forms can be found at: Athletic Physical Form

• Athletic Orientation: August 25th (Virtual at 5PM)
• Preseason Tryouts: Monday-Thursday, August 22nd-25th (3PM)
• Normal practice: Monday, August 22nd (3:00PM)
• First day of class: Wednesday, August 24th
• Alumni Game: Saturday, August 20th 12:00PM
• First Game: September 3rd, 12:00PM home vs Central Penn College
