SCRANTON, Pa.- The Lady Centurions traveled to Lackawanna College on Monday afternoon. A matchup of EPAC schools would quickly turn in favor of Bucks as Sophomore Brooklynn Smith (Levittown, PA/Neshaminy) recorded her ninth goal of the season assisted by Teresa Yeager (Levittown, PA/Bucks County Tech). The Lady Centurions would find the net again with a blast from Jamie Apple (Newtown, PA/Council Rock North) assisted by Meghan Woulfe (Quakertown, PA/Quakertown). Up 2-0 Smith would score her second of the contest at the 18 minute mark assisted by Kailie Mitchell (Bensalem, PA/Bensalem). Mitchell would go on to post two goals of her own in the first half with assists credited to Gabriella Torres (Levittown, PA/Faith Baptist Christian) and Yeager respectively. After recording two assists Yeager would score herself at the 27 minute mark assisted by Woulfe. Following suit Woulfe would score her own goal just before the half assisted by Apple. With a seven goal advantage Woulfe and Yeager would score early in the second assisted by Haleigh Kaufmann (Yardley, PA/Pennsbury) and Woulfe respectively. Smith would net her third at the 49th minute mark assisted by Mitchell and Defender Macy Moors (Yardley, PA/Pennsbury) would finish the scoring for the Lady Centurions unassisted. Netminder Holly Bowser (Langhorne, PA/Neshaminy) would record 4 saves on the day. Final score Lackawanna 0, Bucks 11.
Lackawanna falls to 0-2 overall.
Bucks improves to 2-3 overall.
