Men’s Soccer Tryouts for 2021 Season (UPDATED)

NEWTOWN, Pa. – Head Men's Soccer Coach, Justin Burroughs has announced the Centurions will open their 2021 campaign with preparatory workouts the week before preseason tryouts.

The week before tryouts, Bucks will hold workouts for all prospective student-athletes starting on Tuesday, August 10th and continuing Wednesday the 11th, Tuesday the 12th and Friday the 13th from 6-8PM on the soccer field.

PRESEASON TRYOUTS will begin on Monday, August 16th. Tryouts will all be double sessions held Monday through Friday starting at 10:00AM and the second session at 4:00PM at the soccer field on the Newtown Campus (park at the bottom of Lot "S1"). Preseason will run August 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th.

The Bucks men's soccer program is looking to continue the trend of double digit wins and were a semifinalist in the District H playoffs last season. The four-time Eastern Pennsylvania Athletic Conference champions will now be in a new conference and league (USCAA) with the hopes of winning a national championship against four-year schools.

All potential student-athletes are asked to bring a water bottle (water will be provided), running shoes, soccer cleats and the Eligibility Affidavit packet.

• Team Workouts: Tuesday-Friday, August 10th-13th (6PM)
• Preseason Tryouts: Monday-Friday, August 16th-20th (double sessions 10AM & 4PM)
• Normal practice: Monday, August 23rd (3:30PM)
• First day of class: Wednesday, August 25th
• Alumni Game: Saturday, August TBD
• First Game: September 4th home vs Penn State Lehigh Valley
