MEDIA, Pa. - The Bucks baseball team traveled to Delaware County Community College on Thursday. Centurions ace sophomore Ryan Tomao was on the hill as he went a complete game pitching all nine innings striking out three and allowing 3 runs off of 10 hits facing 36 batters. Bucks had a consistent game sprinkling all 8 of their runs through nine innings. Sophomore second baseman Brandon Wermuth went 3 for 4 scoring three runs. First Baseman Luke Hendricks also went 3 for 4 blasting a home run and batting in three scores. Final score Bucks 8, Delaware 3.
Delaware drops to 3-17 overall, 3-11 in the region and 2-8 in the conference.
Bucks improves to 3-14 overall, 3-12 in the region and 2-7 in the conference.
The Cenurions will travel to Lackawanna College on Sunday April 30th for a noon start doubleheader.
