Women's Volleyball Blanks Valley Forge

NEWTOWN, Pa.- The Lady Centurions hosted Valley Forge Military College Monday night. Bucks wasted little time sweeping the Trojans in three sets, 25-6, 25-18 and 25-14. Last season Valley Forge took the Lady Centurions to the limit going five sets and capturing the victory. Top performers of the night included Freshman Krista Hiller (Sellersville, PA/Pennridge) with 4 kills, 5 service aces and 6 digs. Sophomore Breana Jackson (Chalfont, PA/Central Bucks South) would add 4 kills of her own as Jennifer Martyn (Chalfont,PA/Central Bucks West) had 8 service aces and 4 digs and April Neeld (Doylestown, PA/Central Bucks West) had 6 kills, 4 service aces and 4 digs. 

Valley Forge falls to 0-2 overall and 0-1 in the conference. 

Bucks improves to 6-1 overall, 4-1 in the region and 3-0 in the conference. 

Up next the Lady Centurions travel to Manor College on Thursday, September 14th for a 6:00 pm match.
