Bucks sweeps Valley Forge and CCP

NEWTOWN, Pa. – The Centurions volleyball team reached the 500 mark by sweeping both Valley Forge Military College and the Community College of Philadelphia on Saturday afternoon.

Bucks swept  Valley Forge 25-12, 25-18 and 25-22 and then defeated Philadelphia 25-24, 25-18 and 25-21. The Lady Centurions were led by Courtney Hess with 25 Kills, Angi Osestreich with 16 kills, 11 aces and Kayela Worthington with 23 assists and 12 digs. "We're working hard every day and building good chemistry," said Coach Recklau, "We are progressing but can't be satisfied."

Both wins gives the Lady Centurions an overall record of 4-4 and and EPAC Record of 3-3.

Bucks returns to action action on Tuesday, September 22nd when they host nationally ranked, Northampton Community College at  7PM.
