Men's Basketball Ends First Semester with 3-Game Winning Streak

PHILADELPHIA, Pa.- The Centurions traveled to Community College of Philadelphia Tuesday night to face EPAC opponent Delaware County Community College. 

Bucks would control the tempo from the start and carry an 11 point lead into the half, 39-28. 

Sophomore sensation Somah Slewion (Philadelphia, PA/Swenson Arts) lead the team with 26 points going 10 for 17 from the three point line and adding 5 rebounds and 5 steals. 

The Centurions bench would combine for a total of 46 points in the form of Matt Ricketts' (Milford, CT/Wilbur Cross) 22, Nathan Johnston's (New Britain, PA/Central Bucks South) 13 and Ronald Garrison's (Bristol, PA/Bristol) 11. 

Bucks would score 47 points in the second half to wrap the game up 86-72 over the Phantoms. 

Delaware drops to 2-9 overall, 2-8 in the region and 2-6 in the conference. 

Bucks improves to 5-7 overall, 5-6 in the region and 5-3 in the conference. 

Up next the Centurions will pick up where they left off on Tuesday, January 9th as they host Montgomery County Community College at 7:00 pm.
